Introduction

Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 entire can of Pink Salmon (418 grams)
    1/4 Cup Cabalose Flour (can use other flour sub)
    1/2 Cup Ground Almond Meal
    1/2 Cup Ground pork rinds
    3/4 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
    2 eggs
    1/4 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
    Garlic powder, sea salt, lemon pepper (salt-free), parsley flakes -- all seasonings to taste

Tips

If you don't have carbalose flour, try substituting vital wheat gluten or perhaps ground flax meal.


Directions

Mix all ingredients up in a bowl. Form into patties. Deep fry in oil of choice.
