Ingredients

    *1 lb Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean
    *1 Can Rotel Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies
    *28 oz can crushed tomatoes
    *Pictsweet Frozen Chopped Onion
    *1 Can Hanover Dark Red Kidney Beans, Drain and Rinse
    *1 1/2 tsp Minced Garlic
    *Water - (1/2 filled Crushed Tomato Can)
    * Cayenne Pepper to Taste
    *Salt to taste

Tips

*Tweak seasonings to fit your taste. This is for a mild flavored chili.
*Eat alone or with Sour Cream, Avacado, or put over Rice for added bulk (addt'l ingredients not calculated)
*Can cook faster, I just turn it on before work... so I let it cook longer/slower.


Directions

A dump and leave recipe.
Dump all ingredients into the Crockpot and turn on Low for 10 hrs.
You can brown the turkey meat before you put it in the crockpot if you like... or just dump it in. Drain and rinse the beans.
