Ingredients

    1/2 cup of sliced very ripe bananas
    1 tbsp unsalted butter
    1-1/2 tbsp brown sugar
    1/8 tsp kosher salt
    1 tsp pure vanilla extract
    1/8 tsp ground cinnamon spice
    1/4 cup of vanilla ice cream

Tips

Additional items can be added such as walnuts.


Directions

Melt butter in saucepan, add brown sugar, salt, vanilla extract and cinnamon. Stir until totally mixed. Add bananas and cook until bananas are glazed. Serve over 1/4 cup of vanilla ice cream.
