Introduction

Gluten Free Pumpkin Bread using Pamela's Baking and Pancake mix. Gluten Free Pumpkin Bread using Pamela's Baking and Pancake mix.
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    4 Tablespoons butter, melted
    1/2 cup sugar
    2 large eggs or 1/2 cup egg substitute
    1 cup canned pumpkin
    1 1/3 cups Pamela's Baking and Pancake mix
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1/4 tsp. ground cloves
    1/4 cup sliced almonds

Tips

Let cool completely and refrigerate to maintain freshness.


Directions

Beat together butter, sugar, egg and pumpkin. Add remaining bread ingredients and mix together. Pour into greased loaf (8 x 4") pan.
Cover top of loaf with sliced almonds.
Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes or when toothpick inserted comes out almost clean.
