Introduction

Blended fruit and vegetable juice. Blended fruit and vegetable juice.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

For this juice you will need a blender with high power. I use a nutri-bullet because it breaks up all the fibers and flaxseeds.

For this recipe you will need:
Strawberries, frozen or fresh, unsweetened, 1 cup
Blueberries, frozen or fresh (unsweetened), .5 cup
    Spinach, fresh, 1 cup
kale, raw torn in pieces (you can keep them stem on), .7 cup
    Mangos, .25 cup, sliced
    Flaxseed, 1.5 tbsp
    Olive Oil, 1 1tbsp
Water, bottled, 1 serving (less makes it thick, more makes it thin)

Blend and drink. Add water if it's too think. You can had a couple tbsp of plain Greek yogurt for protein kick. If you'd like it sweeter, add your own sweetner. I prefer mine as is - no sugar added.

Tips

Refrigerate left over portions. Consume quickly.
