Ingredients

    2 cups Basic Muffin Mix
    3/4 cup milk (skim is what I used in the nutrition info)
    1 egg
    1/4 cup melted butter or melted coconut oil (butter was used in nutritional info)
    1 cup fresh, froze or freeze-dried blueberies

Tips

I use and ice cream scoop to get even muffins.


Directions

Measure muffin mix into a bowl. Add milk, egg, and butter. Fold in blueberries. Scoop into 12 cup muffin pan. Bake at 400 degrees F for 20 minutes.
