Introduction

Ingredients

    1 medium banana
    5 medium strawberries
    1 cup chocolate almond milk
    1 scoop cytosport muscle milk, chocolate
    2 cups of *crushed* ice (can use cube, crushed is faster)

Tips

Too much ice will make the smoothie clumpy like ice cream and hard to drink. For an extra boost of protien and less carbs, leave out the banana and add another scoop of protien powder and a half cup of chocolate almond milk.


Directions

Dump all ingredients into a blender in the order listed. Blend on appropriate smoothie setting until desired consistency is reached. Enjoy!
