Ingredients

    6 large eggs, hard boiled, cooled, and peeled
    2 Tbsp non fat Greek yogurt
    2 tsp Dijon mustard
    1 Tbsp honey
    2 Tbsp paprika
    2 tsp chili powder

Directions

1. Cut the eggs in half long way and remove yolk, placing it in a small bowl. Set egg whites aside.

2. With a fork, crumble the yolks and add yogurt and mustard and mix well. Add honey and stir until combined. Sprinkle the chili powder over the yolk mixture and gently stir together.

3. Carefully scoop 1 tsp of the yolk mixture into the opening of each egg white. Once all the egg whites have been filled, sprinkle paprika over the tops and serve immediately.
