Ingredients

    Crackers - 1 sleeve
    Butter - 1 Stick
    Tomatoes - enough to fill your pie pan (approx 4 or 5)
    Basil - approx 10 leaves
    Mozzarella - 3 ounces - depending on how much cheese you prefer
    Salt

Directions

Melt butter, add to crackers for a cracker shell.
Slice tomatoes - 1/4 " thick. Sprinkle each slice with salt until they sweat, (makes them juicy).
Arrange cracker mixture in bottom of pie pan,
Add a row of tomatoes
Sprint with basil
Add cheese
Layer another row of tomatoes, basil and end with cheese.
Bake 375 degrees for approx 40 min.
