Ingredients

    40 ounces Chicken Tenderloin
    5 tsp Brown sugar
    3 tbs Minced garlic
    3 tbs Margarine
    2 tbs Lime juice
    Pepper to taste

Tips

While simmering make sure to turn chicken so it does not stick or burn


Directions

melt margarine in skillet and brown garlic just a few minutes. Add chicken tenderloin, pepper to taste, and brown on both sides.
Put in Lime juice, cover and simmer until Chicken is no longer pink. Sprinkle brown sugar on top and cook until melted, just a few moments

Serving Size: Makes 5-6 5 ounce servings
