Ingredients

1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup quick oats
1/2 cup unpasteurized honey
1 large egg white
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 cup thawed from frozen blueberries (w/no added sugar!)
3 tbsp low-fat margarine, no trans-fats
Directions
-mix all dry ingredients
- mix egg whites, honey, applesauce & margarine until smooth with wooden spoon
- mix egg white mixture with flour mixture, until just mixed (don't overmixed or will be too tough)
- add in thawed blueberries & mix a little
- put tablespoon full drops on greased baking sheet
- bake at 350 degrees Farenheit for 15 minutes, or until golden brown on top
- let cool before eating
- makes 12 cookies (1 serving each cookie)
