Ingredients

    5 golden apples, chopped
    1 cup apple juice or cider
    3 tbsp brown sugar
    handful of golden raisins
    1 tsp ground cinnamon
    5 center cut pork loin chops, 1 1/2 inch think
    1 tbsp oil

Directions

Add apples to a medium, pot and stir in cider, sugar, raisins, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Place pot over medium heat and cook until tender, about 12 minutes.

Season pork chops with salt and pepper. Het oil in a skillet over medium high heat. Add chops and cook 6-7 minutes on each side.

Serve pork chops with apple sauce.
