Ingredients

50 Provolone Cheese
2 tbsp Salsa
1 serving Dempsters whole wheat tortilla
0.50 cup Black Beans
1 serving Veggie Filled Classic Meatloaf
Directions
Mix all ingredients except the tortilla and cheese together.
Spread meat mixture over half the tortilla
Top with cheese
Fold other half of the tortilla over the meat and cheese.
Place in grill or flat pan sprayed with cooking spray.
Cook until lightly browned. Turn and cook other side.
Cut into two equal pieces and serve with salad
