2 Cups Canned Pumpkin Puree
10 Medium Ripe Bananas
1 Tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
Tips
For an extra treat (and calories) crush a ginger snap cookie on top.
Directions
1) In a bowl combine one can pumpkin puree with 1 tsp vanilla extract and 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice. Spoon spiced pumpkin puree into ice cube trays and freeze. One spiced pumpkin ice cube is approximately 1 oz. Makes approximately 15 cubes. Freeze 10 chopped bananas. Divide into 5 equal sized portions.
2) When ready to eat, slightly thaw (20 minutes out of freezer) 1 portion of bananas and 3 pumpkin puree cubes. Press through dessert maker.
