Ingredients

    1 cup Naked Green Machine Superfood Juice Smoothie
    1 banana, sliced
    1/2 cup pineapple, fresh or frozen
    2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
    water, as needed

Tips

I also occasionally add powdered fiber supplement to the smoothie when I feel the need. For extra green power and fiber, add a handful of baby spinach or kale - you won't even know it's there!


Directions

Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender. Add water, if needed, to cover the fruit. Blend until smooth, and enjoy!

Serving Size: Makes 1 adult-sized smoothie (or 2 kid portions).
