Ingredients

    16 oz. boneless chicken breasts, thawed
    2 cans Rotel original tomatoes
    2 cans low sodium pinto beans
    4 cans water
    1 pkg low sodium taco seasoning
    1 pkg dry Ranch dressing mix

Tips

Serve with shredded cheese, sour cream, and/or tortilla chips (not included in nutritional info).


Directions

Put chicken in bottom of slow cooker. Add all other ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 7 hours. At the end of cooking time, take chicken out and shred. Return to slow cooker. Sprinkle chopped fresh cilantro leaves on top.
