Ingredients


    3 cups vidalia (or Maui) onions, sliced thin
    3 tbsp butter
    1 1/2 cups sour cream
    1/2 cup milk
    1 tsp salt
    2 eggs, beaten
    3 tsp flour
    4 bacon strips, cooked crisp and crumbled
    1 deep dish pie shell

Directions

Sautee onions in butter until tender. Place onion mixture in bottom of pie shell. In a small bowl, combine sour cream, milk, salt, eggs, and flour. Pour over onions. Top with crumbled bacon. Cook on 350 for approximately 30 minutes or until center is firm. Texture should be similar to a quiche.
