    3 very ripe bananas (medium size)
    2 large eggs
    2 tsp baking powder
    1/4 tsp baking soda
    1 1/14 cup almond meal
    1/2 cup sliced strawberries (I used frozen ones that were fresh at one time, but I think either would work)
    1/4 cup of nuts of your choice *recipe is calculated w/pecans
    1/4 tsp cinnamon


Add dry ingredients and mix well.

In the food processor, blend bananas and egg until smooth add to the dry ingredients and mix well. Fold in strawberries. Fold in nuts.

Coat a loaf pan with cooking spray, transfer batter and bake at 350 for appx 45-50 mins
