Ingredients

    2 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
    2 cup Whole Wheat Flour
    4 tsp Active Dry Yeast (by GRTMOMX3)
    1 tsp Salt
    1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw

    .25 cup Honey
    .25 cup, packed Brown Sugar
    3 tbsp Molasses
    2 tbsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened

Directions

Activate yeast in warm water for 10 min. Add all ingredients except wheat flour. Use paddle attachment on mixer for 2 min. Switch to dough hook. Add 1 cup wheat flour. Knead in mixer 7-10 min, adding up to 1 additional cup of flour. Knead by hand 4 times and let double in size in warm area, about 60-90 min. Cut into 16 even pieces. Form balls. Butter glass baking dish. Place rolls in and let rise another 30-60 min. Bake at 350 for 22 min.
