Ingredients

32 oz Ground beef, extra lean (15% fat) pan broiled
1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
400 grams Mushrooms, fresh
2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
1.5 cup, grated Carrots, raw
21 gram(s) Bob's Red Mill - Organic High Fiber Coconut Flour (7g / Tbsp) (by SCHNELLD)
2 tbsp Butter, pure irish (Kerrygold) (by APFELIE)
Salt, pepper, spices of your choice
2 tsp Red Boat Fish Sauce
1 tsp coconut aminos
2 Tbsb tomato paste
Dried herbs and spices of your choice - I like adding dried thyme, paprika and Penzey's Italian Herb blend.
As an option, add garlic that's been crushed and chopped to a paste.
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 F
Chop mushrooms, sprinkle with salt and sautee in 1 T butter until water all evaporates.
Remove mushrooms from pan, add remaining butter, onions and carrots. Sprinkle with salt. Sautee until soft.
Line a sheet tray with foil and lightly oil
Mix all ingredients together and form into a loaf on the sheet tray.
Place in oven and bake until it reaches an internal temperature of 140 F
Once it hits 140, broil until top is well browned.
Remove from oven and let rest for at least 10 minutes before serving
Serving Size: Makes 8 generous servings
