Ingredients

    3 cups diced sweet potato
    2 cups low sodium chicken broth
    1 tsp. Mrs. Dash Original salt free seasoning
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    Butter spray (5 sprays per serving)

Directions

Combine sweet potato, chicken broth and garlic in saucepan. Over medium heat cook until garlic and potatoes are tender & broth reduces. You want enough broth left to mash into the sweet potatoes. Remove from heat, mash and season with Mrs. Dash. Spray with butter spray if desired.
Makes 3 1/2 cup servings.
