Ingredients

    1 14 oz. can tomatoes
    About 1/12 cups Chicken broth (or other broth)
    1 tsp broth seasoning (and/or salt to taste)
    1 tablespoon tomato paste (optional)
    1 teaspoon onion powder
    1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
    2 teaspoons olive oil
    1/2 tsp Truvia or other sweetener (optional)
    1/4 teaspoon pepper (or to taste)

    1 ripe avocado

Directions

Heat the tomatoes, broth, tomato paste, olive oil, and various seasonings to a boil. Pour into a blender container and blend in the fruit of one avocado until smooth and creamy. Serve.

Serving Size: Divide in half to make 2 servings, about 2 cups each
