Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    Chop 4 following ingredients and combine in a bowl.
    1 cup fresh red cabbage chopped
    1/8 cup fresh red bell pepper chopped
    1/2 cup fresh cucumber w/peel chopped
    1/4 cup fresh radish chopped
    Mix dressing ingredients below w/a wisk before adding to the veggies above.
    1/8 cup cider or white vinegar (any kind will work)
    2 packets Splenda Sweetener (or to taste)
    Add dressing to veggies and mix. Coleslaw even better if you refrigerate for a few hours before eating or you can eat right away.

Directions

Just chop and mix - no cooking needed.
