Ingredients

    Adobo Seasoning- tbsp(found in the international aisle of most grocery stores, although it may be found in the seasoning aisle)
    Chipotle peppers- 2 seeded
    # Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    # Jalapeno Peppers, 4 pepper (remove)
    # Red Ripe Tomatoes, 3 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) (remove)
    # Onions, raw, 2 cup, chopped (remove)
    # Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    # Parsley, dried, 4 tbsp (remove)
    # Pepper, red or cayenne, 2 tbsp (remove)
    # Garlic powder, 6 tbsp (remove)
    # *Trader Joe's Organic Reduced Sugar Strawberry Preserves, 4 tbsp (remove)
    # *Lemon Juice, .10 cup (

Directions

Combine all ingredients in saucepan. Cook until onions are transparent. Puree in blender or food processor. Makes a great dip for tortilla chips or condiment. Makes 48-tablespoon servings or 3 cups.
