Ingredients

    .5 cup of 1% Milkfat Cottage Cheese (can use lower fat, just calculate difference in calories)

    1 tbsp of chives

    approximately 10 Reduced Fat Wheat Thin crackers

Directions

Mix cottage cheese and chives. Spoon onto individual Wheat Thin crackers and arrange on tray for appetizer. Or as a snack, just dip the crackers right in and eat!
