Introduction


Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    14oz can chicken broth
    1 C uncooked whole wheat Orzo pasta
    1/3 C water
    4 C chopped veggies (such as broccoli, carrots, green onions, red peppers, zucchini, etc)
    1/3C grated Parmesan


Directions

Bring broth, water, and orzo to boil in a medium saucepan.
Reduce heat to med-low, cover and cook 7 minutes.
Stir in chopped veggies.
Cook an add'l 7 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Stir in parmesan cheese.

Serving Size: makes 8 - 1/2 cup servings
