Ingredients

    10 lb spiral sliced bone-in smoked ham
    1 can pineapple slices in juice
    1 cup packed brown sugar
    1 cup honey
    1/2 tsp ground cloves, optional

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Place the ham, cut end down, in a roasting bag in large baking pan.

Pour the pineapple juice over the ham and and use toothpicks to secure the pineapple slices over surface of the ham. Bake for 1 hour.

Remove from oven. Discard oven bag, remove pineapple slices, and pour out remaining juice.

Mix brown sugar and honey, and cloves if desired, together in a small bowl and warm in a saucepan until smooth.

Brush mixture over ham and between slices. Bake uncovered for another 30 minutes to an hour, basting every 15 minutes, or until internal temperature reads 140°F.

WATCH OUT FOR BURNING THE OUTSIDE IN THE LAST 30 MINUTES.
