Ingredients

    2.0 tbsp Salt
    3.0 tbsp Palm Oil
    4.0 clove Garlic
    0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1.5 cup slices Radishes, white icicle
    2.0 serving Lemon, fresh squeezed, juice of one whole lemon
    5.61 gram Ajinomoto Monosodium glutamate (1tsp)
    1.0 serving green chilli pepper (45g)
    750.0 gram Lean Ground Pork 96% lean /4%fat

Directions

Heat oil in pan and sautee' the garlic, onion and ground pork. Add in salt and monosodium glutamate and mix ingredients in the pan until the pork changes its color. Add in the lemon juice then mix in the finely chopped radish. Simmer the ingredients for 15 to 20mins with occasional stirring until the radish becomes tender. Taste and adjust according to preference. Serve. Serving Size: Makes 8, 1-cup servings
