Introduction

Ingredients

    2.5 pounds (40 oz) Lean Ground Beef
    1 pouch dry onion soup mix,
    3/4 cups ground Old Fashioned Oatmeal
    3 large Eggs
    1/4 cup Worchestershire Sauce
    1 tablespoon minced Garlic
    1 can Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup (condensed)

Directions

Mix thoroughly and shape to fit pan.
Cook on 2 layers of foil and a layer of parchment on low in the slow cooker for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
Cool 10 minutes. Lift from cooker, drain fat, slice.

Serving Size: 1/4 pound of meat each serving, 10 servings
