Introduction

My mom in law makes this potato salad and this is my attempt to recreate it. My mom in law makes this potato salad and this is my attempt to recreate it.
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1 cup, chopped Hard Boiled Egg (abt 6 eggs)
    3 cup Boiled potatoes (depending on size, 2-6)
    2 tbsp Vlasic Dill Pickle Relish (by EJENRICH)
    0.25 cup Red Onion, Fresh (by NEVERNAKED)
    4 small Celery Sticks
    2 tsp Yellow Mustard
    3 tbsp Mayonaisse
    1.5 tsp Salt
    1 tsp Pepper, black
    1 tsp Paprika

Directions

Boil the eggs and the chopped potatoes and let cool in the fridge. Once cool mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl. Cover and let sit in fridge for a couple of hours to meld the flavors together.

Serving Size: makes 10 1/2 cup servings
