    28.0 Grams Shallots
    1.0 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper
    4.0 tbsp Chili powder
    0.5 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
    4.0 tsp Granulated Sugar
    2.0 tsp Salt
    3.5 cup Bush's Chili Beans
    3.5 cup bean red kidney
    3.5 cup Great Value Diced Tomatoes (in Tomato juice)

Directions

Cook all ingredients together until brown and then put in crock pot on low until tender
