    Very Good
I tripled the recipe and made this with chicken tenders, let it marinate overnight and increased the spices. I wove the tenders on skewers and grilled the chicken. Leftovers were great in a wrap, and in chicken salad. - 5/24/10

    Incredible!
I make this dish very similar from a recipe on Allrecipes.com. Delicious! Glad you have it listed - now I won't have to do the work entering!!! We usually eat it with pita. - 10/10/09

Sorry, the entire family thought the recipe was bland.

Will give it a try with extra spices, thanks

Sorry to hear that. That is one adjective I have never heard about this dish. Re: amounts of spices -I put down what the recipe actually called for, but I don't measure any of them and season to taste and add ALOT more (and I happen to like spicy, seasoned food). Might be worth another shot!!

Shish Tawook is a Middle Eastern dish, not Indian. - 7/31/08
