Ingredients

    3 cups fresh strawberries (need to freeze them day before) see tips
    1 can (13.5 fl oz) A Taste of Thai Coconut Milk
    1/3 cup Pure Maple Syrup

Tips

Clean and wash strawberries, let dry and then place on cookie sheet so they don't stick together, place in freezer for about 2 hours then place in a freezer bag and leave overnight. This way you don't have to use ice.


Directions

Place frozen strawberries, coconut milk and maple syrup into a processor. Blend until smoothie style thickness. Pour into a freezer type container. Place in freezer for at least 2-4 hours or longer
