Ingredients

    * Progresso White Clam Sauce, with Garlic and Herbs, 1 cup
    * *Extra Light Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    * Onions, raw, 4 tbsp chopped
    * Garlic, 3 cloves
    * Lemon Juice, .5 lemon yields
    * Pepper, red or cayenne, .5 tsp
    * White Wine, 2 fl oz
    * *Trader Joe's Brown Rice Spaghetti Pasta, 8 oz, uncooked
    * Scallops, raw, 4 oz
    * Squid, raw, 4 oz, tenticles

Directions

1) Begin preparing pasta. While preparing pasta, saute onions and garlic in olive oil until onions are tender. Reduce heat to medium low and add all remaining ingredients. Heat slowly for about 5 minutes. Scallops should be opaque and the squid will shrink but don't cook too long or the seafood will become rubbery.
2) Once pasta is done, combine with sauce.
