I'll admit, I'm not a huge fan of sweet things for dinner. The pineapple in this was DELICIOUS, I could have easily eaten it over brown rice OR vanilla ice cream (I chose the healthier option ;) ). The shrimp got a little soggy (I marinated too long), but I'd give it another go! Add onion to kebabs! - 3/19/09
