Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    3/4 lb raw shrimp (peeled, deveined)
    4 tbsp Ken's Lite Asian Sesame w/Ginger Dressing
    6 oz whole wheat linguine
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1/2 pkg steam fresh broccoli (or about 2.5 cups, cooked)

Directions

Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain, set aside. Nuke broccoli.

Mix shrimp with dressing, refrigerate for 10 minutes.
Heat oil and garlic over medium high heat. As soon as the garlic begins sizzling, add shrimp/dressing mixture. Cook for 2-3 minutes, until shrimp is mostly pink. Toss in broccoli and pasta until it's all mixed up. Makes 2 giant portions or 3 regular ones.

For an added kick, toss in crushed red pepper flakes. You can also thicken the sauce with cornstarch if you have it.
