Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 Cups uncooked elbow macaroni
    6 slices bacon
    1 can peeled, chopped (or diced) tomatoes
    2 Tbs margarine
    1/2 Cup chopped onions, to be added to taste at the table

Directions

Add 2 cups macaroni to boiling water, bring to boil and cook to al dente
While pasta is cooking, cut up and fry bacon. Drain well when it's done.
Drain the tomatoes.
Drain pasta, add tomatoes & bacon.
Serve in cereal bowls, add chopped onions and margarine.
