Quick, easy and good. I did make it without the cheese because my husband is lactose intolerant but it was still great. - 1/12/09

I've made this twice already! My husband says it's the best homemade stir fry he's ever eaten and it's so simple to fix! We also sauteed green onions with the garlic for some added flavor. Thanks! - 5/12/09
