My daughter loves this. When we are pressed for time she asks me to make "Presto" because it's so fast (she named it). Sometimes I add olives or green onions. It is also good on rice or couscous. Ingredients

    1 pound of ground turkey
    1 jar of salsa
    1 package of cream cheese (I use fat-free)
    1 can of corn
    Cooked egg noodles (or any other pasta you like)

Directions

Brown the turkey while you are cooking the noodles. When turkey is done, stir in salsa, corn and cream cheese. Mix well, allow to simmer until warm. When the noodles are done, drain and stir into meat mix.
