Number of Servings: 2


    1/2 cup of frozen blueberries
    1/2 cup of frozen strawberries
    1/2 cup of crushed or cubed ice
    1/2 cup of nonfat milk
    1/2 cup of nonfat yogurt


Add ingredients to blender one at a time. Blend until smooth and rich. Enjoy!

    Lauri Fruit Smoothie I use 1 small banana
    Frozen Fruit, like mixed berry or strawberry
    Greek Yogurt (Fage) 1 cup 23 grams of protein
    if to thick add a little water on weighter watchers its 3 points
    no need for sugar at all

    I don't add the ice, because the frozen fruit makes it thick enough. I'll also add protein powder and fiber powder, for a filling breakfast or snack. - 7/22/08

    Absolutely delicious! I use nonfat plain yogurt, the berries, 2 T skim milk and 2 T juice ... no ice since I use frozen berries. Thick and delicious! - 7/8/08
