    1 Flour Tortilla
    1 Tbsp low cal butter unsalted
    1/4 cup diced green onions
    1/2 cup 2% shredded colby jack cheese
    1 Tbsp sour cream


1) Heat Skillet

2) Spread butter on one side of tortilla. Place tortilla butter side downin hot skillet.

3) Spread sour cream on tortilla, add cheese and green onion. Fold tortilla with filling in half. Cook both sides of quesadilla until dark golden brown and crisp.

4) Cut Quesadilla in four pieces and enjoy.
