This is wonderful on crackers of your choice.
My favorite cracker to serve on is triscuit with rosemary and olive oil.

Ingredients

    1 8 ounce cream cheese
    1 3.5 ounce can fancy crab meat (drained)
    1/4 cup of cocktail sauce
    1 tbsp. lemo juice
    salt and pepper to you taste

Directions

Soften cream cheese and combine all remaining ingredients. Refrigerate for 1 hour and serve on your favorite cracker.

    I've been eating this since I was a kid (without the lemon juice), except my family layers the ingredients instead of mixing them. Spread the cream cheese on a glass plate, then cocktail sauce, and sprinkle the crab on top. Serve with crackers. It makes a pretty (and tasty) appetizer. - 5/26/09
