Ingredients

    1 1/2 cups grapes, green red or combination of each
    1 medium apple, peeled and cut into pieces
    16 oz can Dole Chunky unweetened pineapples drained (saved the juice)
    8oz Dole Mandarin Oranges drained (saved the juice)
    1 medium Banana cut into slices
    Pecans (optional) not in calories
    Coconut flakes (optional) not in calories
    Cinnamon (optional) not in calories

    Ingredients for Juice:
    6 oz cup Yoplait low fat vanilla yogurt
    2-3 T of reserved pineapple/mandarin juice (mixed together)

Directions

Wash grapes, peel apple and chop, peel and slice banana and open canned fruit and drain juice into a cup. Combine fruit into a serving bowl.
To make juice: put yogurt into a small bowl. Add juice and stir until smooth. Pour Juice over fruit and toss gently to coat.
Serves 6 about 1 cup serving

    Very yummy, and so easy to make! I took it to a Memorial Day BBQ, and it was very popular there, too! I loved that my gluten-free friends could have some, too. (Yoplait is gluten-free) Thanks for sharing! - 6/1/10
