Introduction

Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    one whole chicken ( 3 lbls )
    4 large carrots, chopped
    4 large celery stalks chopped
    one large onion chopped
    enuogh water to cover chicken and veggies in a large soup pot
    12 oz. bag of egg noodles

Directions

Makes 10 to 12 servings

Place whole chicken, carrots, celery and onion in a large soup pot, and cover with water. Season with salt and pepper ( or however you'd like ).

Simmer until chicken is fully cooked, usually about 45 minutes.

Strain broth, set aside.

Pull chicken off the bone, and place back into broth. Then replace veggies.

Some people like to add bullion cubes, I think it's unnecessary.
