Ingredients

    1 lb ground beef
    1 pkg taco seasoning
    1 box (12) taco shells
Shredded mexican cheese (you can use low-fat but i just use reg)
    1- 2 tomato
    1 onion
    .25 head of iceberg lettuce
    salsa
    hot sauce

Directions

brown ground beef add taco seasoning. chop all other ingredients (i put each ingredient in a small tupper ware containers and set up a taco bar and any left overs are packed away in just a snap) each person grabs three tacos shells and builds their own tacos.

**HINT the less meat and cheese you use on each taco the less fattening they will be and then there will be left over meat and cheese to make taco salad for lunch the day after.

    Very Good
This is good. I use the taco seasoning with 40% less sodium and also use lowfat cheese. Also add guacamole for some good healthy mufas! - 7/21/09
