    2.75 lb tender chuck roast
    1 bag of new red potatoes (approx on recipe)
    1 lg bag baby carrots
    1 12 oz bottle of Allegro Marinade

Directions

I put on 150 degrees and cook all day then about 1 - 2 hours before ready to eat turn it to 350 degrees
