    * Ground beef, lean, 16 oz
    * Mission , 8" Low Carb Soft Taco Size Tortilla, 4 serving
    * Cheddar Cheese, 2 oz (remove)
    * La Victoria Enchilada Sauce, 2.00 cup
    * White Rice, long grain, 1 cup

Directions

brown beef, as you make the rice. Drain the beef, add rice and enchilada sauce, simmer on low heat for 10 minutes, warm up tortilla, makes 4 servings, measure evenly between four tortillas.
