Introduction

This is a quick and tasty lo-cal recipe that is especially satisfying when your very hungry, and low on daily calories! This recipe is so versatile it can be altered to please most anyone by swapping tortillas for a flavored variety, substituting or adding other veggies, or if you have calories to spare add strips of chicken or steak, or sprinkle shredded cheese on top. Ingredients

    4 Flour Tortillas (12 inch)

    1 cup onion sliced
    1 cup mushrooms sliced
    2 cups cabbage shredded
    2 cups zucchini sliced in long strips

    1 package Lawry's Taco Seasoning

Directions

Using a non-stick frying pan, or coat with a non-stick cooking spray, and heat (high).

Add onions and mushrooms and saute until tender (3-5 min.)

Add cabbage and zucchini and quick stir (3 min.)

Reduce heat to medium and stir in package of taco seasoning (mild or hot).

Place tortillas on moist paper towel and cover with moist paper towel and microwave for 30 seconds.

Place 1/4 stir fry mixture into each tortilla and enjoy!

Makes 4 servings.
