Ingredients

1 bag of frozen mixed pepper strips
2 large cans of hunt's tomato sauce
2 large cans of hunt's crushed tomatoes
1 1/3 cups of frozen diced onions
1 lb (approximately) 93% Lean Ground Beef
    1/2 c Kraft 100% Grated Parmesan & Romano Cheese

Directions

This recipe makes 36 1/2 c servings

Brown ground beef in pan. Drain oil & put aside.

In large stock pot combine:
Tomato Sauce
Crushed Tomatoes
Mixed Peppers
Onions
Grated Cheese
Browned ground beef.

Add seasoning to taste. I use 10 shakes of crushed red pepper, 10-12 shakes of italian seasoning & salt and pepper to taste.

I let it simmer on medium heat for 3-4 hours or more depending on my schedule.

I break it up into 2 cup portions and freeze.

This sauce has a little kick to it, but if you don't like a little spice in your sauce you can omit the crushed red pepper.
