Introduction

Ingredients

    One 100% Whole Wheat Pita
    One egg plus one egg white
    2 T. skim milk
    1 oz soft goat chese
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

1. Cut the pita in half so you have two pockets
2. Spread the goat cheese equally inside each pocket.
3. Beat the egg, egg white and milk together with a fork. Mix in salt and pepper as desired.
4. Spray a skillet with cooking spray and scramble the egg mixture.
5. Put half of the scrambled egg in each pita pocket and enjoy!

    but I added onions and tomatoes to the eggs while cooking, and cooked up a couple pieces of bacon and crumbled in them. - 1/23/10

    I added tomato and some fresh spinach. It is delicious and very fast/easy to make. Will definitely add this one to my regular menu. - 3/19/09

    i would agree with lolahuras that it needs tomato and spinach. i found pitas that were only 60 calories per pita, real thin and whole wheat so it made the calorie count only 273! - 3/17/09
